High-speed Horizontal Paper/Film Slitting and Rewinding Machine

Use:  High-speed Plastic Film/Paper Slitting and Rewinding Machine is used to slit BOPP,PET,CPP,CPE,PVC, aluminium foil and paper etc. and can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.

Performance and Characteristics: 

1. The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control, with double vector motors system and touch screen control, auto tension of the unwinder and rewinding are controlled by PLC.
2. The rewinding tension control adopts independ computer control
3. Automatically rectify the unevenness of the end face or the film or paper with pattern deviation.
4. Adopting imported photoelectric switch, PC deviation-rectifying control system makes rectification more accurate.
5. Automatic meter counting and automatic stopping at settable counting meter number. 
6. Double air inflatable rolling shaft makes it easier and faster to load and unload paper core. 
7. Automatic blowing rim charge conveying device 
8. Inverter to control the main motor.
